I am a U.S. citizen and married an egyptian in PA. U.S.A. four years ago.  He was voluntarily deported three years ago in Nov. and it is now Feb., and I have been trying to get him back constantly.  I was denied the I-130 but approved for the I-129 two years ago and now I need to get a K-3 visa which was put on hold by Homeland Security and I am still trying to get a response as whether he can get a K-3 visa now 3 years later.  USCIS said he may re-enter the U.S. if he meets certain qualifications, which it seems he does.  This is a positively real marriage. real marriage....Can you possibly help please?  Thank you.  I will call you soon.
