On 08/28 called Guangzou and visa issued. Always respionsive. Sounds good to me.

After one year, 2 INS/NVC approvals, lost documents, no communication, etc., roamed one year ago, Oct. 11, been living here ever since trying to get a visa.

Finally contacted my Congressman, INS resent docs and we finally got Packet 3 and 4.

Interview today, refused because my wife (applicant) does not speak good English. Also $500,000 net worth not enough, 2 paid for homes (America/China), etc.,etc. Had 3 years 1040s. . .

Have postponed flight back to Chengdu until Friday 7 :00 p.m. . . . .
