K3 Visa help to Expedite petition...
My name is Karim P.,
I am a 29-year-old male born in Boston, Mass an American citizen living in Atlanta, Georgia. The reason for this letter is the concern of the petition for my Wife, a Citizen of Toronto Canada. We got married on August 18th. On October 30th I then filed for her to obtain a K3 Visa.
For the past 2 years now I have been experiencing one of the worst times in my life. We have not gotten any correct responses from customer service on our case. I have received several different case statuses that keep starting over in dates. I was not able to understand why my status dates keep changing for the worst so I tried calling [immigration] several times to request more information on my case. Customer service was not able to help me with any direct answers, as your site so correctly reads. I was told by several reps. that an inquiry on my case will be sent to the office that was processing this petition, and they will call or write me a response. That never happened. My last receipt notice stated that this type petition should only take 60 and 90 days. It has been 2 years now and I am not able to live with my wife!
What made this situation even worst, the U.S border has denied (red flag) her from traveling to anywhere in the United States because "this case is still pending". I would love to expedite this petition because this is a USCIS ERROR and a matter of financial and mental loss. My goal is to receive an approval, My wife is still not here with me as we planned, instead we have been separated since marriage.
If you are able to help me or give some type of advice please contact me.
Thank You
Karim P. from Georgia

This potential client is not beyond our assistance. We often receive inquiries from people who have spent more than one year grappling with the immigration bureaucracy on their own before calling us. Typically, they are in danger of losing the relationship and so are finally seeking legal assistance. It saves time to call us first at 858-483-0300.
