Hello and thanks,
I have a serious situation regarding a visa for my wife I have already
applied for. It has been two years and she is still nowhere near
coming over to the U.S. After many errors in the process, I
decided to contact a lawyer. I am a U.S. citizen born and
raised, I am currently employed making an average of 25,000 a year at
the age of twenty-four. My wife has waited patiently for two
years and I just want her here as soon as possible. I am a
resident of Lombard, IL. My worry now at the affidavit section
has been increased due to my reliance on a joint household income,
living still with my parents. A family member who backs me, has
been laid off, and we have lost a huge salary on which was solely the
credibility for the last two years of our joined employment history.
I am only now starting a better paying job with the current salary.
My own work history is limited in financial credibility due to school
and to be honest, cash paying jobs. I am in a predicament.
I miss my wife, and am ready for a good answer from anyone who has
one.
My name is Mohammad S., 24yrs old, 2 years behind in the processing.
I can be reached at . . . . Please reply A.S.A.P.
Thanks again,
Mohammad S. from Illinois
