Hello Diana and all at Holmes and Lolly,
I just wanted to let you all know that my fiancée was approved for her K1 visa yesterday. The 6+ month wait has been a good test for our tenacity and diligence, but we're both relieved it has finally paid off!! Now all I have to do is buy her a plane ticket after she says goodbye to family and friends and at last we'll be together. According to my dear, she was happy to find your offices in Moscow where they arranged her medical exam the day before the interview and gave her final instruction on which documents to bring and in which order they are to be handed to embassy officials. Like a trooper, [fiancee] sped through the process (as well as can be expected anyway) and was only asked a few questions by her interviewer who also praised her excellent English.
So I thank you all for making certain that our documents on both sides of the ocean were completed properly and that the big day arrived without a hitch!
Please let me know which adjustment of status and other documents we'll need after [fiancee] and I are wed.
